Threat level is at maximum

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that their foreign partners will be responsible for “humanitarian catastrophe” if they don’t implement a no-fly zone, as reported by Reuters.
“Over the past two weeks, we have shown we will not surrender,” Zelenskyy added and noted that the current threat level was at “the maximum.”
Market reaction
These comments don’t seem to be having a noticeable impact on market mood. As of writing, the Euro Stoxx 600 Index was up 3.3% on the day and US stock index futures were rising between 1.5% and 2%.
