Russia and Ukraine foreign ministers to meet in Turkey this week
If anything else, the meeting between Lavrov and Kuleba might be of more importance than the ongoing “peace” talks from last week. The two foreign ministers are due to meet in southern Turkey tomorrow. We’ll see if this will lead to anything but at least it is something that is providing hope – for now.
