Looking at ways to cut consumption of Russian oil

Earlier on, in an interview with CNN News, US Deputy National Security Adviser Daleep Singh said that the Biden administration is looking at ways to cut the US consumption of Russian oil.
Separately, the Japanese broadcaster NTV is reporting that Japan Air Lines has canceled all flights scheduled to and from Europe Thursday.
